Nyungwe forest national park is a home to over 13 species of primate’s coupled with chimps the major highlight for this safari. Day: Arrival and transfer to Nyungwe national park
On your arrival at Kigali international airport, you will be met and greeted by our safari guide/driver who will brief you about the safari and later drive you to the south western part of Rwanda to Nyungwe forest national park with a beautiful views and rolling hills throughout. Finally arrive at the lodge in the evening for relaxation, dinner and an overnight at;

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking and nature walk
Early breakfasts to give you energy for chimp tracking, after, get briefed by the ranger guides about the dos and don’ts while with the chimp. After escort the ranger guide to Nyungwe forest national park in search for Chimpanzees the closest relative of man. Tracking time is unpredictable, however it can last from 1-6 hours . And once they are met, stay with them for only one hour while taking photos as you observe their behaviors. You will see other primates like the Blue Monkeys, red tailed monkey, grey checked mangabeys, L’Hoest’s monkey, golden monkeys, large troops of the Angola Colobus colobus monkeys, and many beautiful forest birds like the Rwenzori Turaco, etc. Retire back to lodge for lunch and relaxation, in the evening you will go for an optional nature walk or visit the tea factory in the nearby locality. Day 3: City tour and departure
After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred back to Kigali city for a city tour, visit attractive places like the Kigali genocide memorial site, National museum of Kigali, hand craft shops and many other interesting places in case you still have time, enjoy lunch en-route and proceed to the airport to for your departure flight if scheduled on this day.
