Day 1: Arrival and transfer to volcanoes national park
Depending on your arrival time, you will be meet and greeted by our safari tour guide, who will take you for a Kigali city tour if you arrival in Kigali on time. Places to visit include the Kigali genocide memorial site in Gisozi, local handicraft market, national museum among others if time allows, enjoy lunch en-route and later you will embark on a two hours’ drive to the northern part of Rwanda and finally to volcanoes national park in Ruhengeri Musanze district, arrive in the evening as you wait for the most interesting safari activity gorilla tracking. Day 2: Mountain gorilla tracking and departure
Relatively early morning breakfast to give you energy for gorilla tracking, after, you will be driven at the park headquarters in kinigi to receive short briefings from the park wardens about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas and also gets you assigned to the ranger guide and a gorilla family, guests in Rwanda for gorilla tracking are allocated to a gorilla family according to their ability.
