Day 1: Arrival and Half Day Kampala City tour
on this 16 Days Uganda Rwanda, arrival at Entebbe international airport, our safari guide will be waiting for you to transfer you to your booked accommodation in Kampala Uganda’s capital and largest city.
However if you arrive in time in Kampala, you explore the Kampala city and visit some of the interesting places around, including the Kasubi Tombs the burial place of over 4 kings of Buganda, Buganda kingdom to get more information about the origin and history of Buganda, visit the Namirembe and Rubaga cathedral, one of the biggest Christian churches in Africa.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
on this 16 Days Exploring Uganda-Rwanda, Our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in the morning after a hearty breakfast, gets you briefed about the safari and later drive you to the northeastern part of Uganda and finally to Murchison falls national park. The drive will take about 5-7 hours passing via Luweero triangle which is greatly remembered for the war victims, continue through Nakasongola to Masindi.
However before reaching Masindi, you may decide to visit the Ziwa rhino sanctuary and track the black and white rhino that are habituated here.
Tracking costs usd45 per person. From here we will continue to Masindi town for lunch, after an hour lunch break we will proceed to the top of the fall where the water marvels at the Might Nile being forced into a seven meter crevice to thunder 45 meters below in a series of cascades.

Day 3: Game drive and Launch cruise
Wake up early for a cup of tea/coffee, after you will be driven to the northern part of the park to catch up with early risen that rush from their hideouts, you will be fortunate to catch up with many predators and nocturnal animals including the leopard, hyena, hartebeests, lion, other animals expected to see include herds of elephant, buffaloes, giraffe, and many various species of antelopes plus a number of bird species.
The guide will be in position to give you any informative information on any species of wildlife you meet on the way. Later head back to the lodge for full breakfast and lunch.
After lunch embark on a two hours boat cruise along the Nile for more chance to see various species of wildlife that feed and live on the lake including schools of hippos and crocodiles just a few meters from the boat, while elephants and buffaloes can be seen along the shoreline, the boat cruise also gives more chance to spot various species of birds including the fish eagle, and you may also see the rare shoe-bill.

Day 4: Depart to Fort portal Kibale National park.
After breakfast, we will embark on a transfer to Fort portal with beautiful views of peoples homestead and plantation. The drive from Murchison to kibale forest N.P is about 7 hours’ drive and we will arrive in the late afternoon with lunch en-route in Fort portal.
From here we will proceed to Kibale forest national park popularly known for the highest concentration of primate species over 13 species are inhabited in kibale forest N.P however, the commonly known is the chimpanzee which shares almost 98% of DNA make-up.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi nature walk
Wake up early for breakfast to give you energy for chimp tracking, and after you will report to the ranger station in kibale forest national park at 8:00am to receive short briefings about chimp tracking and also gets you assigned to the ranger guide to track the habituated chimps.
After, follow the ranger guide to the forest to start the activity. Chimps are more closely related to humans than to any other living creature on earth; they are tremendous fun to watch when jumping from tree to tree.

Day 7: Chimpanzee tracking and launch cruise

Day 8: Depart for Bwindi Gorilla National Park
Wake up early for a relatively early breakfast and then after, depart to Bwindi impenetrable national park a home to the few remaining mountain gorillas in the world, with a wide variety of bird life and primates over 348 species of birds are recorded in the area and it supports 24 of 26 Albertine rift endemics.

Day 9: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi national park
